Condom Size Calculator
Condoms are sized by nominal width, and girth — not length — decides the fit. Enter your erect girth and get your target width plus the nearest size class.
Your size class
Mid-shaft girth, fully erect.
Why fit matters more than brand
- Studies link poor condom fit with higher slippage and breakage rates — size beats brand loyalty.
- Nominal width is the flat width printed on the box; doubled, it gives the condom's circumference. A secure fit is intentionally a bit snugger than your girth.
- Size classes differ by brand — a "large" at one maker equals a "regular" at another. Trust the millimeters, not the label.
- Measure mid-shaft, fully erect — details in how to measure.
